NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Anything that has been worn, washed, used, damaged or if the tags are removed.
Anything that is over 14 days from when you received the shipment.
All jewelry are final sale, no returns.

You may return new, unworn items with in 14 days of delivery for a store credit. If the item is received outside of the designated time frame, we will have to reject the return. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. You have 2 days from when you receive the order to report a damaged product. Lezlie and I quality control all items shipped out from Aunt Lillie Bell ourselves.
Due to daily inventory changes, it is rare that we can do a size exchange, but we try to if we can. We do not issue refunds, only store credit. If you decide within 14 days of receiving your item that you do not like it or if it is the wrong size, let us know that you would like to return it. If we can do an exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Please allow 3-5 business days for standard processing after you order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect. During high sales times and the holiday seasons, it may take up to 7-9 business days for standard processing. Our business days are Monday-Friday, we ship Monday-Saturday. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders, and ship from north Texas.
